No. Your customer and vehicle numbers carry on from where Mechanics Desk left off, so the numbers your team knows still work.
What happens to jobs that are under way?
Open jobs come across as live jobs, with the time already logged and the parts and labour still to invoice, so nothing is lost mid-job.
Can we still see our old invoices?
Yes. Past jobs and invoices come across as history you can look up. They are kept as a record only and never sent to Xero again.
Can we run both for a while?
Yes. Your staff can try Spanner alongside Mechanics Desk before you switch over, and we bring across fresh records on go-live day.
